    A Couple of Sunsets

    The first shot looks fantastic from the sky... but the lower foreground becomes drowned out - and doesn't seem to feel connected. Whereas, the second shot has a connected feel that completes the image. Good work!

    Hamish - Sometimes a distant focal point turns out better... but in this case I agree that the 2nd compo brings the prickly feeling closer to the viewer, and much more impactful.
