Yup, over 15,000 photos just came online in this magnificent new website from Scottish National Galleries. They are digitising over 95,000 art objects, with 35,000 done so far, 15,000 of which are photos. Worth a while of your time:

OK, a few of them look like paintings, but, still, there are a LOT of photos there.
