That's how I feel after shooting the Christian Resources Exhibition at Westpoint Arena in Exeter.
Other exhibition/event/documentary photographers will understand this. You walk, walk, walk, walk and walk, for days! My feet are blistered, my knees painful, my shoulders in agony, but it's SO GOOD. I'm very lucky to be attached to CRE for all their exhibitions. The buzz is amazing, every time!

Here then, is my point: What do you love most about your photography? Is it meeting people, artistic and creative challenges, making the money, what is it?

All of the above!
I do weddings still purely because I enjoy taking photos of people on happy occasions
The product stuff is always a challenge bit the stillness and driving for perfection appeals
The stuff that I do for websites tickles my creative bone
The event and commercial/corporate stuff is often great for meeting people and finding out about what people are passionate about! Money is great, but I do what I do for the lifestyle and opportunities ...
And all of that is just my work!

Laurence, what do you shoot while you're there?

Laurence,...what do you do with your pictures after you shoot there?

To respond to your question,...I shoot pictures just for fun, and because I shoot mostly film I never know what I've got until after I develop the roll. I love the satisfaction that comes when you've captured something good and I love the suspense of not knowing what you've got until you've developed the roll.

Hello guys.

Brian, I am contracted to shoot these events. Everything goes to the event management company, BUT, I retain the right to sell any images too.
I also used to shoot film, and know what you mean. My wife, (then my 17 year old girlfriend), used to pose and help in the darkroom....... Which isn't as sordid as it sounds!!!!!
