Hi Chris - Did you ever own a X100? I'm very happy with my X-Pro 1 and was looking for a back-up camera - the X100S because of it's ability to sync flash at high speeds, trigger an external flash, etc. I might be able to get a X100 at around the £300 mark. However, do you think the IQ of the X100 is far behind the X Trans sensor in the X100S? That's all I'm worried about really. Thanks very much. Shane
