Yes, but 30mph up hill would be well beyond me. I used to drive a car, and know how fast 30mph is, but I would take that corner slower. These country roads are treated like racetracks by young fools.

you might want to stay on your side of the pond. speed limits in america are seen as more of the minimum possible speed.. that bend looks like it would be fun at about 50 mph.

It is a canny way for the local authority to collect speeding fines. Like Brigadoon, it only becomes visible every 100 years, when the sun comes out!
