Reminds me of my days as a Miller in the maschine shop at HW Ward & Co. Worcester machining part for capstan and turret lathes before I was promoted to the Drwawing office and R & D

i dont know exactly but its some sort off insert for a 4 way cable junction box thing. 2 spigots will align it and then cables through slots. It will end up on an oil rig I expect
