Superb image Brian. You put me to shame. Getting a film, opening the camera back, winding it on, shooting, taking the film out , Putting it onto a twirly thing, then in a tub, pour in and out the chemicals, have a stop watch, get agitated . Drying then scanning. That's on top of producing great images all the time.
Thanks, Rob!Very good indeed - so much detail (the hair on the top of his head) and beautiful grain.
Thanks, Dave. "FTW"...? (Its very early here--the brain is not fully warmed up yet.)Super shot! Yashy Electro FTW - as they say
Appreciated, Dave. Thank you.Really nice capture and processing Brian.
It's all part of the fun, Julian. And it's why digital cameras don't turn me on. (Although the Merrill shots from you and Hotty Scotty are making me have a re-think about that.) Thank you, Julian. Much appreciated.Superb image Brian. You put me to shame. Thanks, Pat. Liptons...? What's that?Crikey Julian you have just reminded me of my youth which should have been misspent but which was usually helping Dad in his darkroom!
Lovely portrait though Brian. Perhaps next time you go for a brew, (which I hope was not a Liptons teabag on a string but a glass or two of Gentleman's Cordial), you do before and after shots!
Thanks a lot, Tom. Its very satisfying, Tom. But I put it down to the quality of the camera in this case. Thanks again, Tom.It's a really good, natural photograph of your friend Brian.
It must give you great satisfaction to create an image without any post processing. I have not really ever achieved that; always some bloody adjustment required.
Thank you, Aldous. Appreciated.Nice shot Brian
