It was the morning of July 31 to be exact. This is Dugualla Bay. The mountain on the horizon is Mount Baker, in the Northern Cascades.

I can see what Rob means, but overall my first impression was one of serenity. It took me a second to even notice the paddle boarders and even longer to fully appreciate the perfect balance of the composition.
