Critique Welcomed a tall tree

It is. For a Scottish Pine.... But after I visited Yoshemite, not one single European tree is tall anymore....

I like it - I like tree photos! - but there is some strange foggy undetermined unclarity left in the tree... Shot into the sun? Or a fat/waterdrop on the lens? Probably the first.....

References to height are relative. Around here, anything under 20 meters is considered to be a small shade tree.
