Again, that's outstanding - lovely saturation, and great cloud detail

Maybe you were wobbling too much, and the accelerometer in the phone selected 6400 for image stabilization!

Having said that - 6400 / f 2.7 and 1/265 doesn't add up for a moderately cloudy shot - unless it was dark at the time?
