I actually click on google adds quite often these days ... Google ones at least
Some of the add company's seem to get the targeting a bit funny
For eg at the moment I'm building an ecommerce site for a fragrance shop so I get combated with fragrance adds ... Annoying!!

Right ...
The add is visible to non members, members who are not logged in, members with less than 100 posts and members who have not posted for more than 30 days ...
hows that for a bit of funky loyalty benefit

Maybe you are still tinkering but the adverts now appear all the time at the bottom of the page - German bank.

Yeah ... Still tinkering ...
I'm thinking of leaving that one there full time as its pretty inoffensive ...
I've been messing with it all evening so I was going to leave it until the morning ...
I've noticed this "page impressions" thing and im wondering if that helps raise cash to a lesser extent than clicks somehow ...
Many of the page impressions are made by members I think ... 2-4000 a day ... So it's occured to me over the evening that if I out something that doesn't effect the "flow" of the site but is there all the time it might help quite a bit???
Just experimenting really, but I'm keen to know people's thoughts ...

Have a look at "pages" today ... You can see its gone up quite a bit

Do you think it goes against the idea of the benefit of the add at the top going after 100 posts etc?
