Nice action shot Dan. I used to have one of those but gave it to a friend years ago. I still have quite a few reels of tape lying around though with stuff from radio etc on. Occasionally I get the idea of buying another deck but so far sense has prevailed - I'll weaken one day though.

I keep eying up Revox and Tandberg machines. They just take up so much space! I have a friend in Potsdam who has a Tandberg in his living room. I have never seen him play it but it does look damn tasty!

I do have a Nakamichi cassette deck though. And both cars have tape players!

It's sad that we moved on with technology, we should have remained dinosaurs and kept all our old stuff, but then we would need castles to keep them in, but we could enjoy both the sound and the photos more often
