All Walks Of Life

Thank you for your comments. The two guys are brothers, having a lunch break from working in the sugar fields in Trinidad West Indies. I followed them two plus another brother and their mom for several days, from early morning to late noon.

The other pictures shall be posted again, but I'm not familiar wih all the tools here and due to being a dumb Norseman, I need a little more time. Jokes aside, I find this forum quite interesting with lots of fine photography and I'm pleased to be here. Cheers everyone.

I actually made an article which ran in a Norwegian newspaper about " the killingfields " in the West Indies. A regular slave work I'd say.

Thank you all. Firstly I'll like to say that the story gives hopefully people a lot more when the text is included as pictures are the accompaniment or vice versa. One without the other hardly gives justice to the story and mind you, it was written by me in Norwegian. But I shall at a later stage include one or two from that story if you like. The story starts like this; " It was five in the morning as I heard that damn rooster crowing. Outside was pitch dark, hotter than a certain place I've been told and I just wanted to go back to sleep. But the rooster kept on, right by my head or so it sounded and I wondered, them roosters back home are far more lazy then the one down here. Five in the morning!? Another rooster picks up on the challenge as well as some dogs farther down the lane. Time to get up."
