nice idea Davie, Hand held ??
I may have been tempted to use tripod and smallest aperture possible to create some star effects on all them lights. I know its a pesonal thing some like them some hate them.

i thought about that but with all those lights it would have been swamped i think

Yeah it's an Oil rig that's being refitted in Dundee Docks, I work in Fife and keep seeing in when i cross the Tay Bridge

Nice Davie. Quite abstract in a way. I guess you could also really burn in the foreground to push that to black to totally isolate the rig also.

the foreground was black lol, i used 'highlights & shadows' to bring it up
