I've been stalking these woods a while now for a glimpse of the reported Deer, on a day when I had only my X 10 and two dawgs I had to be happy with a distance shot, now I know they are there maybe I'll have to spend some time geared up..:D

I think this is a really excellent shot, Kev. The corridor of trees leads yer eye as if down a tunnel right at that wee dear in the distance. Its almost like a drawing or an HDR image. It very good indeed!

What Brian said - excellent use of forced perspective Kev

Good job he had a white bum (the deer, not Brian) otherwise he's be hard to spot!

Nice shot Kev

Yeah, It's a nice photo even without elusive little dear at the end of the row of trees!
I'd be pretty chuffed to have gotten that shot!
Where abouts is this then?

Thanks All, this area has recently been coppiced and thinned out so is being better managed, I guess that's why the deer have found it a good grazing area, in the summer they will be pretty difficult to find I'm guessing...

Hamish, from Pershore Bridge follow the River downstream (turn right at Bridge :D) over the first meadow. )

I know...
... Was in pershore the other week for the first time in ages... It's quite nice these days eh?
Went for a few Guinness in the angel, it was really nice in there!! (I think the angel, the one opposite broad st?) then went for a filet steak in the place above where video rental place used to be? Bloody lovely it was!

I thought about it Kev, But I was on my brothers stag do...
Whistlers, that was it... You know (they think) it's a posh resturant when the steak comes on a wooden chopping board! It was good though!!

TYhats Ok Matey but just remember the poor old chap in the vin could do with taking out occasionally :D:D:D
