Another Two Poems Of Mine.

Sunshine and rainy days!

You say you love me
And the soft spoken words
are like music in my ears
I’m floating
I have no resentments
I feel no fear

Nothing can touch me
No worries in sight
It feels so right
But moments arise
When I’m in doubt
Strange words appear from our mouths

Times
when we no longer
are at ease
Couldn’t we please
Come back to the moments
When we felt so fine
we played so well at that time

we seem to remember
only the bad
it makes me so sad
time heals they say
all the wounds
we inflict upon ourselves

when words are spoken
in anger or distress
smiles and laughter are less
evident
during the time that we share
do we no longer care?

So let us try
our very best
so we again can be blessed
with lots of sunshine
and sweet loving deeds
that’s what we need.

Forget about the past
It doesn’t exist
it’s just a mist
a new morning is here
warming rays
Are shining through
Clouds are gone,
we know that it’s true
lips are whispering again,
- I love you.

To a friend,
I wish I could be there
sharing your good time.
Telling small white lies,
watching folks go by
or take a trip to the beach,
just you and I.

whatever you choose to do
I shall think of you.
Take a moment
send your thoughts my way
I’ll soon pick them up
Wherever I stay.

I wish you shall have
many lovely days and years to come
and hopefully we can be there
and celebrate togetherness
on some.

I hope you’re well
enjoying life as such
I know that many of us
do appreciate you very much

You are in our hearts and minds
and I wish that all the kind
of happiness shall come your way,
not just now,
but every day.
