Wonderfully done Douglas, real classy black and white. And as you say, I am impressed too, not just by the lens mind you. Glad you like it though. 50mm is a one I prefer as well most of the time. They both are real good but the first, subjectively I guess, but it is a stunner.

Cheers folks...I do think Canon have surpassed themselves with this version of their "plastic-fantastic". Always going to have a soft spot for my 135, but I can see this focal length being one I use more.
