I prefer the raw version myself, but I can see how the others might, say, illustrate a story, which is why I did them.

Does anyone else see hints of artists, Bosch and Breugal in them?

I also prefer the straight image - it has enough intensity and texture without the need for much PP. It would not have occurred to me at first (fish maybe) but as soon as you mentioned Breugel, images of his detail laden canvases sprang to mind, especially 'The Fall of the Rebellious Angels'. The tones, detail and structure are really reminiscent of that painting I think. This is an image that I would certainly print and hang - it has so much interest in it.
