I did Kev........ But I photoshopped it out.

The light coming out of the eyes is just an added lens flare I PS.

so how did you make it then?

Very simple........

A paper party plate with holes punched through the eyes and the mouth (as visable) ...

Paper on the face held up with glasses.... No sticky back plastic Chris! lol

This was taken on an old Sony Ericsson 5mp phone at a party
And the PP involved was blacking out the backround, a few exposure adjustments, and PS lens flare added over the eyes.... DONE!!!

I took this photo about 7 years ago..... quite suprised I've remembered the proccess!!
