Large Purple Flower (I've learned to wait for others to tell me the actual name)

All shots Velvia film profile JPEGs.

The Velvia tone works well with nature. Love the silvers of the wood. Oh, so many good bits here and there to delight the eye. Keep em coming, Chris!

Looks like you had some fun Chris. I was in all day yesterday due to the terrible weather. The flower looks like the bullet shaped tower that Norman Foster designed in London. Not as big though but it would be fun if it was!

Thanks chaps :)

Must resist the square.. MUST RESIST THE SQUARE! :D

No one knows what the flowers are then? ;)

Thanks Pete - I knew you'd know! :)

You must be spending a fortune on slide film, Chris. Love the last fotie of the purple flooer.

Thanks Brian!

You know - this batch of Velvia seems to just go on for ever, without reloading - must be magic! :D

Registered camera Pete? :D

I really like number two ........... It's intriguing .......... I'm not sure if it's a shot of the leaves or the log ???? ........ and the flower in Number four is great...... A good day out.
