Back to the damn dam, dammit.

I was feeling like a mini-trip and the weather was *supposed* to be nice Wednesday. Surprisingly, it was nice weather wise - except for the wind. But I took some allergy meds and embarked loaded with some camera gear. I took the Toyo 4x5 and some Cinestill 400D (I have bought a bunch of it - and not shot any yet.) I also took the new-to-me Nikon D800 & my Fuji GS645w with some Kentmere.

I drove up to Roosevelt Lake/Dam/Bridge - and then drove down "The Apache Trail" to get home. The trail is a mostly unpaved road that winds it's way through some gorgeous scenery.

I was glad there was some clouds, as here in AZ most of our sky is cloudless. I shot 12 sheets of 400D and about an entire roll through the GS645W

Here are the digital, I am developing the film tonight.

Did you intentionally take similar exposures with the Toyo? I'll be curious to see how they turn out. What sort of developing tank are you using (if you already told me, I forgot). I'll be getting new chemistry in the next week or so and hoping to have some better weather than what we've had lately. I've got a pile of Fomapan 100 and 100 is pretty slow for me so I'm hoping for some sun. Beautiful color in your shots Paul!
