Really interesting thing to see: barges going through the sluices on the Main river, a river that cuts right through the heart of Würzburg, Germany. This particular sluice is right near the Alte Mainbruecke, oldest bridge in this city. For those who do not know this, there is a famous wine shop at the far end of the bridge, a place where one can taste and partake on Franconian wines.
It takes a while for the sluices to operate, which is the perfect time to enjoy a glass of chilled white wine, and then, refreshed, just take your picture. Wunderbar !
