Bessa R3M test roll

Quick wander round Wigan town centre after work to whap off a test roll on Acros 100.

The pix are ok - but more importantly to me - what a joy to use this camera is!

A super first crop there, Dave. That last one really shows the lens off. My first rangefinder was a Bessa R. I still have it (in the glove compartment of the car in fact!).

Love the output here Dave. I go past a stock of barrels often outside a pub and can never resist having a snap.
I reckon that there is often more enjoyment if you feel fully comfortable with a camera in use over its ability, within reason of course

Well, I first would like to say that I enjoy your stroll here, the images and how you cleverly do your bl+wh work. I also enjoy and agree to what you say about what you enjoy, having your hands on tools you especially like to use. Some give you a little out of the ordinary feeling I guess one might say. The mount wasn't really something I'd considered to be honest.

It would be nice to get a wider lens for it - maybe a 28mm - but then there are the framing lines issues.

I often use an 18 and guess and have become pretty good at it. I seem to remember that 28mm is just outside the full frame isn't it. @Hamish Gill will know.

Just outside the full frame would be very convenient
