I like the clouds in the first image - you managed to capture the texture of the fluffy clouds. The second image lends itself quite well to the B&W processing (which was very well done )

Thank you John. The clouds put on a good display that day. I used GIMP for the B&W processing, first desaturate then tweaked the brightness / contrast to bring out the detail.
