I've always had that (so far. I'm 62 now). I once shot a shot for publication in a book, back in the film days of a plaque on a wall which was too high up for a tripod and too reflective with flash. Shot at 1/4 second with 50mm lens. Took four shots. One was perfect. I think the trick is not to try to hold it steady but naturally and to squeeze the shutter button.
