They are very impressive for macro shots with it...
gow do you find the focusing?

Focusing was no problem - a few missed shots but nothing I wouldn't expect handholding a small camera at that range.

Looking forward to giving it a good thrashing in a multiple of genres very soon - including some press work and a studio shoot this week at work.
