I've updated my blog with some of my 'minimalist' shots from Friday afternoon. There are more images in the blog than appeared here, should you find the time and have the inclination:

I think I've mentioned once or twice before I'm not an arty sort of person. Quite a lot of modern art, both photographic and other, I don't get it. I can look at some of them and think I like that or what the hell is that about:confused:.

BUT!!!

Some of your shots in your blog, especially the "High Key" (I think that's the term for it) ones have almost got me converted.
They are brilliant!!!

After seeing what some other "photographic artists" make money from, I really believe you could be sitting on a gold mine with some of them.

Keep up the good work Rob you really are becoming one of my favourite photographers here for helping me to see the "Artistic"side of things:).

The journey continues...and it's exciting to watch. And I thought I enjoyed your music...your photography is really something also. True artist.

Thanks, Glenn. I'm just glad I have a forum of supportive types to give me an outlet for my little experiments. The great thing for me is to realise that when I was taking these shots, I knew exactly what I was doing, and how they would turn out after processing. It has taken me a while to get to that stage. But the experiments, the learning, the journey (as you say) will continue, as I still feel a beginner in this photography lark. Thanks to everyone here for their support and criticism - it all helps.
