I know you said once that the sunlight in Norway can give everything a blue tint but I suspect you are making this one up!

Thanks Aldous and Paul. A blue tint indeed but not made up by this here Norseman
A one done down in Trinidad at the Carnival time. Pre Carnival is called Jouvee morning, where people dress up in rags and paint themselves, beating on invented instruments for the time being. Actually back in the slave times they did this Carnival and Jouvee to redicule their masters. They in return did not realise this and let them go on. I believe the masters were mainly from a northern territory as I hear say.
