Broken Zip

my Lowepro slingshot 200 zip has bust just before xmas, its 3 years old or there about's Just emailed lowepro and asked them if the zip was covered under any kind of warranty. I have looked at the warranty Ts & Cs and it kinda confusing on there website

They have replied saying they will send me out return documentation and address details.

So maybe just maybe they gonna repair it

has anyone done anything similar to this ?

Have had great service from Billingham in the past - good bags should last a lifetime - especially considering the amount they cost!

I had a LowePro bag where the connection between the strap and bag failed after about two years. Almost lost my camera bag and contents on a steep slope. I contacted LowePro and they replaced the strap and buckles at no charge.
