Thanks, John. It's my favorite, as well.

Thanks very much, Ivar. And yes, I couldn't agree more! They're great photos Tony, but they smell awfully bad I'd say
I appreciate your comments!Great images, there is real emotion in those and the image quality is amazing!
Thanks very much, Julian.Exceelent set Tony, one or two are exceptional for my liking .
Thanks very much, Brian. So glad you like these photos! These are wonderful, Tony. In particular the one showing the open mouth. The red tongue punctuates the black tones beautifully.
A few more of my favorite sea lion photos.
Thanks very much, Gianluca! I believe these subjects make excellent candidates for black and white conversions. As always, it's about the light. I especially love side-lighting. Thanks again for your incredibly inspiring comments!Wow! What a series! The very dark tones are a good choice, they create a kind of closeness between the viewer and the subject. Unlike Brian in this series I am more impressed by the black and white photos and particularly the penultimate one, which I find very sweet.
Thanks again, Gianluca! In this case it's the light (plus of course the composition, the timing...) and your B&W is perfect, but I was able to see how well you can also capture colours, for example in the picture of the heron taking off
Thanks for looking and commenting, Ralph!I'll add another WOW to the pile, Tony. Fantastic images.
Thanks so very much, Pete! Always fun to play with light and shadow in photography!Beautifully moody shots, Tony.
