Tues. AM. A rather brisk walk with the dogs. I got this lens used a while back and hadn't really used it much. Cathy has this really cool 8mm fisheye for her Fuji camera.

All at 10mm and F4.

Well Davie, thanks to our good friends Roland Barthes and Michel Foucault we now live in a Postmodern world where Nicki and Taylor are merely signifiers for larger philosophical and epistemological reality. And let's face, it's usually the fault of the French on most of these things.....

Or as Nicki, Taylor, or Iggy might so astutely say: "Dat salty azz homegirl Cathy be like totally gettin' all up in my grill and stuff dissin' me. Know what I'm sayin'"

Hopefully you noted the wooden, no let's be honest, mannequin like poses of our esteemed model. According to her, this is entirely my fault due to my dissatisfaction with her "work" expressed through a series of frustrated facial expressions made by "moi ." Apparently, I also sighed very loudly when the desired pose/expression wasn't made... However, I will let Cathy elaborate on that.

That said, I might argue that my intent was to create these poses in an attempt to express the inability of humans to truly experience the natural world due to disassociation brought on by capitalist hierarchal enslavement.
