Chairs, floor and sugar - Café Society

Some nice shots there, especially the last one.

Cheers, John. I'm still experimenting (always will be) with light and the feeling of having been here before, a faint memory. Hence the oof first shot. Something undefined, on the edge of memory, but remaining beyond my grasp - and how to get all that in a photograph. It's the feeling, rather than the "what".

And the first is certainly my favourite. I live the minimal tones and graphic elements.

My favourite too! Although it could relate to some fuzzy state of mind too, Rob, combining the "having been there before" and "hence the oof first shot".... One could ask what you had for breakfast that particular morning.

But I like them, and, as said before, the first OOF one is my fave....

The OOF one is dreamlike, once you understand the intent behind it. I like how the nails in the flair reflect the light as well. The sugar cubes is a very nicely rendered image, Rob.
