Very interesting formation. I like the detail and color in the cloud and surrounding sky. How did you get this nifty shot?
My only critique would be to crop out some of the sky at the top to move the top of the cloud up some.

This was a lucky shot.
The photo was taken from an airplane in the way from Sweden to Holand..
I've only used a circular polarized filter...
It was a little difficult to frame the shot in the airplane window...

I've tried taking photos out of airplane windows and have always had poor results. This is one of the better ones I've seen.

Wow! You should call this "Big bloody shark cloud, gobbles up the sky!!!"
I think it's a very good shot, and very well taken, given it was through a airplane window.
Something I have also done, but not with results/sharkclouds like this.
I agree with Ralph on the crop. To me, the massive sky slightly dwarfs the still massive sharkcloud.

It has been a few months since I've adjusted this picture, but I belive it is already cropped at some point!
At the time I didn't want to crop even more and I also belive that the blue sky above helps to give the impact of the big cloud....

Superb Thiago and I love the colours. It does indeed look like a shark and it could almost be a shot of the ocean in some ways! I like the ambiguity of that. If you were going to crop at all I wouldn't lose more that about 10% from the top.
