Thanks Guys, yep pretty chilly.

Brian its a Lomax kit car based on a Citroen 2CV. it is Fibre glass body set on to three wheels.......Belongs to my partners son.spends most of it's time covered in spanners and rags..

That explains it. Couldn't quite figure out what it was with old style windscreens and a modern mirror and left out in the cold. I was thinking sidecar for a moment. Thanks Kev.
