Her name is 'Breia', she's a small size collie around 7yrs old. Would have made a great sheep dog in her youth.
Breia name is Gaelic for 'beauty' I believe.

I'm certainly no expert on dogs but that looks like a classic Collie 'expression' to me - I have a friend with 3 and they often have that look.
