Colour at the botanics

Saw that first image and thought to myself, "Ooh, pretty."

Haha. Yes, I do colour now, thanks to the DP3 Quattro. It surprised me, as my intention was to do lots of b&w, but the colour is so good.

Thanks, lads.

Julian, you should know, the camera is rubbish, but the photographer is brilliant!
"It's not the photographer, it's the camera" is what photographers tell beginners before rushing off to snap up the latest new gadget or camera.

The second one is overwhelmingly good, actually excellent. So it takes a camera to make you see then. Well whatever it takes, welcome my son, into the world of splendour.:D

I like both of these, Rob, but the first one is the one that really grabs my attention due to the unusual subject and the light.

Cheers, Keith. The first is not as in focus as I'd like, or is it sharpness that's lacking...it was hand-held, and at an awkward angle for me to hold the camera in. But it almost works.

So you're channeling HCB - focus appeared to be optional with him most of the time and he's famous. He even had popular quote on the subject ;)
