The Pacemaker speed graphic isn't exactly large, has a range finder, can use loads of different lenses including barrel lenses lol and its not like it wasn't portable as was used as a press camera.

I like the idea of that travelwide though, its a bit like one of those Harman pinholes with a lens attachement, or you could just make your own lol :D

It's cool but I would also wonder if you are shooting around handheld for snaps like that if you actually needed that much resolution considering even 35mm you could get a very sharp image. Another option is just use a converted Polaroid land camera, then you will have all sorts of options for it lol :D

I do like the simplicity of it though, just wish development and film costs per shot weren't so high, but at least you can get polariod backs as well. That super Angulon 90mm is quite a wide lens on a large format, its a pretty cool project, will check out what the final price will be, never seen a camera with a triple cold shoe before!

Yeah, I'm with you Pete ...
Something similar had occurred to me looking at the Titan ... I wonder if that's where the idea came from

I love what I see, Pacemaker speed graphic, David. What you have is compact enough, I think. :)

I check the lenses on Ebay, Pete. They are expensive by now. Perhaps, the guys unloaded the lenses for their project. :D

Large format lenses are always going to be a bit more expensive due to the extra glass and the fact that most of them have shutters attached, its why I got a pacemaker speed graphic as its got a focal plane shutter as well so I don't need a shutter attached to the lens :) Plus the fact that the speed graphic was a press camera and was built to be moved around and it has a coupled range finder which will be useful!
