A couple of weeks ago, my girlfriend got me a kitten! She's great!
My Girlfriend...the Kitten...them both!
I hadn't taken any photo's of her really until today, and I'm quite pleased :)
Unfortunately, it's not as sharp as it could be due to a slow shutter speed (I came running into the house in A mode at ISO160), but with minimal PP, I'm happy.

Were you missing the Grubby action? ;)

Nice shot!!

Long shot, you don't know where my shoot through brollys are do you ... I can't find em anywhere! Jamie doesn't know where they are, said you might have put them somewhere...

That's a lovely shot, Barry. (And I don't like cats--a position reinforced only last night when my galloping dog was broadsided quite spectacularly, and unexpectedly I might add, by a cat flying at near supersonic speed.)

I think the softness in the image is purrrfect.

That shot's the cat's meow Barry :)

How about a 16:9 crop to loose some of the black in the lower section?

Cheers guys, and yes Chris, that works a treat! :)

Brian: Yea...dogs...Don't get me wrong, their alright n' stuff but Jesus they need attention! lol.
My girlfriends sister visited us a couple of months ago and bought herself a great big Husky whilst she was here. After 4 days, the b*****d ate through our nice wooden fence and escaped...No sign of him since.

Hamish: Nah mate, it was all about Soldier! lol
When I was down in Worcester to get my stuff, it was all in your studio. Ian was trying to give me a hand with it and didn't have a clue where things were. I can't be sure whether I seen them or not. The last definite place I saw one was in the "tea-room" on the rack behind the door. My stuff is all over the spare room here still and I've had a look. I found a long cardboard box that looks like it could contain a brollie, but it's actually posters for Revell?! Hope this helps. Let me know if you find 'em.

Well I'm glad you picked up on that Hamish, as that was in my mind as I was thinking of a name; I wasn't sure whether it was Rarg, Rawg or what. Under closer scrutiny, I found that for the most part, the Brummie accent tends to leave out the R in some words, So when people here say Darg...it sounds like Dog...or Dawg...which I think is quite nice. lol
