Dead leaves/dirt/fetid creek spa

I like the convergence of the three dogs in the first. Although this initially seems bad once you double take and work out what is going on there is almost a comical element to the three of them scanning the woods looking for something - mischief, I presume?

They are looking for anything that would require yet another trip to the Emergency Vet. My parents consider them to be a sort of cosmic karma for my childhood-teenage years.... :D

Stanley the black lab has been the emergency vet 5 times in 11 years for stitches, snake bites, a stick jammed in the corner of his eye, and a bee sting that made his leg swell up worse than the snake bites. Don't even get me started on Ruby. She managed three trips the first year I had her. I have a full head of grey hair.
