Decking the garden

Been busy with DIY lately ... The summer arrived (and promptly left) so we decided to get our arses in gear and make the decking we have been promising our selves for some time ... Still lots to do ... But I'm very please with the result ...

The majority of it is supported by the retaining wall and garden by the last couple of foot is suspended nearly 7 foot above the yard

Paul, if you read this, check me out with the DIY ... You told me once "it's all about having the right tools" ... You know what, that really stuck with me... Combined with Hannah's tenacity that she gets from her father, we have done some pretty epic (by my old standards) stuff to this house!!

Looking good Hamish. I do like gardens that are divided up like that. All you need now is the walkway from the upstairs room.
