Thanks JulianExcellent Aldous, I like the way the guy is walking into nothingness, or at least appears so.
Thanks Brian. Nice catch for the line. The local distributor of Leica said the mother board of my M9P caused that damn line and need to change a new mother board and it's gonna cost me about usd 500 for a new mother boardReally nice image, Aldous. Why does the shade differ between the right and left halves of the image? (Note the line down the center.)
Thanks John. That guy is actually walk into the mistFantastic image, Aldous - I can't decide/determine if the person is walking into the mist or out of it. Closer inspection of the image on Flickr I can tell the person is walking into the mist. I also notice the line the down the middle.
Thanks Pete. I was travel to China during Easter holidays last week and that place was really, really foggy that I can see nothing any landscape at all. But I am very happy with that shot with the atmosphere in B&W. I will be share more photos during my trip later. And I really hate that bloody line....What a great set of pictures, Aldous and the misty conditions really adds to the atmosphere. There is a line down this one. I have seen some artefacts like this before with LR and Nik SilverFX with M9 files.
I guess you are asking what kind of software to process the file. I used CS6 plus Nik SilverHow did you process the file, Aldous?
Yup, I can even see the line with M9P monitor...Interesting. Did you see the line before converting in Nik?
Thanks DetlefFantastic shot. The way the person walks supports the scene, hiding the hands and wearing the hood of his jacket.
Thanks IvarPity about the line and the motherboard Aldous, but all the same, a very interesting image.
