Yeah... what a sponger!

Thanks, Glenn. TBH, I think he fancies me....

Thanks guys. @Hamish: Got a new camera (DSLR now! What?), lenses and flashgun so I think I'll be back forcing some of my pics on you all again. Love the new camera and I can't wait to get some free time and nice weather to coincide. Good to be back on (the) board here. Are you ready for the old jokes again....?

What happened to the old fuji s5600? I thought you'd be using that forever;).

I wanted to get something better, more flexible and get better quality photos. I'd run out of steam with the old Fuji - lost inspiration (and focus) and was hardly taking photos at all, So here I am, emerging blinking into the light with a DSLR. What will the neighbours think?

Seriously clever Graeme, not a clue how you did it. Nice one.
Thanks. :). If you ever fancy trying to do one of these, I can give you a quick guide to start you off.

Ok.I'll look forward to it

My idea looking at it , of how it is achieved. Leave all fixtures including glass in place. two shots one sitting pouring wine. Another sat holding glass. Take both into Ps. Cut down half way but include elements which are over the half way mark. such as wine bottle arm and so on on each half.
Then stitch both images by hand.? Close or a no starter?

Well close! There's a bit of trickery in the joining so you don't get an obvious 'line'. I did post a little tutorial on here a coupe of years ago that gives an idea of how it's done. I'll try to dig out a link.
