Using the 'downonthebellypod' allows me to get to water level, it is a dodgy piece of kit susceptible to sudden collapse and possible equipment failure but tonight the system worked well and resulted in something I really like.. got to be one of my favourite shots from one of my favourite locations..

Loving the sunburst around the tree Kev - very atmospheric

Is that the auto leveling downonthebellypod you're using? ;)

Cheers Chris that'll be the one, so you are familiar with the kit too? I find it really useful but often get those less familiar with the kit a little questioning... :D

O very nice looking place KK, i really loving your new method low down really does give places like this a totally new perspective

Great work

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. Like Chris, I love the way the sun burns through the bough adn I really like the darker tones in the rest of the image.

I also have one of those 'downonthebellypods' but mine is the slightly larger model. I keep meaning to get the smaller version so I can get lower angles but you know what it's like when you busy (and lazy!)... ;)

What a shot Kev! And I do like this 'downonthebellypod' you have.... Can I borrow it?!! :D:D

Well after a couple of pints on a bike I seem to find a 'Onyourasspods' from somewhere...... But never manage to take a picture! :D

On the subject of downonthebellypods, I might add that I find the ones filled with jelly to be remarkably proficient at self-levelling,...you may find one under the heading of downonthejellybellypods. (See avatar.)
