A man tried to cross a flooded ford the other day in Hampshire and payed the ultimate price, he drowned with his dog !!!
Goes to show you don't want to be messing about near a flooded ford...

Absolutely Glen, over the years I have been involved in several rescues and attempts during the floods, some with sad endings..

They may be great to get down and photog but whilst taking pics our minds lose sight of the dangers around..
