Yesterday, blazing sunshine, today sleet, rain, cold winds. Only one thing for it - take the camera to the graveyard...

Discovered a statue of Abraham Lincoln...a bit of a surprise...

Just love the colours of the stone after the rain...

A very Scottish-looking weed...

This one upset me a little...the great Scottish philosopher of the Enlightenment, David Hume, who died insisting upon his atheism, gets a memorial stone with a quotation from the bible...

Well the flat lighting has led to some fabulous shots though Rob and I like the PP you have used. I especially like the plant in the gravel and the grave shots with the same PP. That statue of Abraham Lincoln is pretty damn dramatic isn't it?!

Loving the moody color PP Rob

And when I look at the pewter tomb door, I see peoples faces in the wall on the left, spooky...

Didin't know Abe could stand up - only ever seen him seated! ;)
