Another of my favourite places, although I was hoping for some more 'atmospheric' weather rather than blue skies. And, because of that, I decided against shooting this and another view, on New55. Now I think that might have been a mistake. Next time!

What a fine image! Brianesque! Perfectly placed cloud. I like the overall tone and feel. Haven't been there for 25 years.

It gives me a Kafka feeling, or as related to something top-secret in the early 60's although completely forgotten until now. Does it make sense? I don't think so, but I like it a lot, it makes me emotional somehow....

It does, Rense and that is what I like about the place. And there is a mixture of military and old fishing practice about this place.

I googled the place and I see it's near Romney Marsh. Been there, cycling, years ago, but I can't remember this particular place...
