Critique Welcomed Escalator

Visited the Broad (pronounced as in "road") museum yesterday. Interesting building. For reservations to get in you have to book two months in advance. I was lucky to get this image with just a single person on the escalator.

What a fascinating looking place....I'm sure there is some deep and meaningful concept about the escalator heading through the small opening...is in itself an "installation" as they call them....?
