I wonder how hard it would be to make one yourself...
Whoever is doing this likely has a system but I can't imagine they have anything approaching a "production line". Maybe small batch?

Not too difficult I would think. It seems to be mostly brass tubing and self-tapping screws. There might be the odd supporting plate too. Fiddly, but not especially tricky.
