The building in the distance is Fettes College, where Tony Blair went to school. Our house is just behind the white one in the foreground. I used to teach guitar at Fettes, or Foetus as we called it. When Blair become PM a news team appeared, asking us all questions. I very seriously announced that I used to teach him guitar when he was ten years old. The interviewer almost believed me

I've never read them, nor watched the TV shows. Rebus has passed me by. Maybe one day.

Not in the UK, although I occasionally watch something on the BBC iPlayer on a laptop. We have one in Germany but only watch DVDs on it.

Great image Rob, I've always fancied making a journey there when visiting Edinboro' but never actually made it. It looks a fine building...

As for Rebus...I've read the books and can confirm it's about the closest to the real thing you'll get in fiction, but just not quite the reality...trust me...
