Another nice set. I like that one with the dog in it best. The fact that its head is missing just gives a lot of interest to this image for me.

Thanks Brian... Yeah, not sure what it is about that shot I like ... He just wondered into the frame at the last minute ... I didn't even see him coming!

Haha, cheers Pete!
Different roll! This is delta400 the other thread is hp5 ...
Don't ask what happened to the other 13 frames ... ;)

... As for not the sort of shot you would expect from a Blad ...
I did wonder if it would allow me to shoot candid stuff like this ...
It's not the logical choice, but I don't feel uncomfortable with it in that sort of circumstance really ... Maybe it's just the early joy of having it?!

Ran a roll of Delta 100 through a 503 yesterday myself. Hopefully I'll find time to develop it this week (and print it when I am back in Potsdam). I decided it was time I started to actually shoot a project I have been thinking about for about 4 years now! I'm interested in 'recording' the old 'pill boxes' installed in the UK during WWII. There are quite a few around here and I like the way they have melted into the background in most cases - unobserved. I have a working title of 'Silent Sentinels' as they still look like they are waiting for something.

Looking good Hammer!
I may just have to come round and see the Blad in action. Never seen one in the flesh.

Well this is it ... I have had people asking me what it is I'm carrying, one chap walk accros a pub to sit down at my table and ask to have a look at it and most unusually a little boy and his mother walking behind me the little boy asks "what's that mommy" mommy says "that's a hasselbald camera" ... I turn round and smile at her and she gives me a proper evil glare ...
Very odd!

Sounds like a very interesting project Pete! Great title!
I shall look forward to the results

I was thinking about trying to pick up an old 50mm cheaply but I'm worried if anything it might ruin my fun ... ?
